  • Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.
  • Nimble Rabbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Limitations of Liability

Nimble Rabbit is not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any sensitive information provided to us will only be used to perform our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice. Nimble Rabbit reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately in cases of breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content on our platform, remains the property of the Holder . Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

Nimble Rabbit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
